Record Low Draft on Great Lakes

There is little to say about the disastrous mismanagement of our maritime infrastructure that has not already been said. However it must be pointed out that we are heading for a disastrous year for shipping and recreational boating on the five Great Lakes. A loss of nearly a meter of draft has ships loaded lightly and recreational fuel docks scrambling to dredge or relocate their operations.
