A 752 foot oil tanker suffered minor damage as it sideswiped one of the tower bases of the Bay Bridge in San Fransisco Bay. Breaking news is being reported by Maritime Executive and so far there are no reports of leaking cargo.
Update: No injuries or pollution was reported but anti-spill booms were deployed. There was no serious damage to the ship or bridge tower.
